We can be held prisoner, trapped by our past. We can be overwhelmed by worry and fear of the future.
The KEY then has to be:

Practice Gratitude for all the good things we have
Change from within to be the best version of ourselves by being: – More compassionate to self and others – More caring of self and others – More giving of our time – More generous with our wealth – More forgiving of self and others – More patient with self and others
By SERVING others we can HEAL ourselves.
